What is included in COMBO 1
Definition:
We would like to offer this Combo 1 to all of you who want to be peaceful in mind and enjoy relaxing of long stay in Viet Nam. With this combo package, besides high standard accommodation we provide all main meals lunch & dinner, weekly menu for your seletion and moreover during time stay in Vietnam, we make scheduled trip for your visiting to famous places or other cities in Viet Nam and you also have chance to visit inclusive one of countries Laos/ Cambodia/ Thailand.
- Welcome you to Vietnam & pick you up at the airport on arrival.
- Furnished Accommodaton in 2 months
- 2 meals/ day with weekly selected menu during 2 months program(*)
- Included traveling trip according to your selection in advance:
- 2 visiting trips to other cities in Vietnam. (per selections)
- 1 visiting trip (4 days 3 night) to one country in SouthEast Asia (Laos/ Cambodia/ Thailand)
General support 24/7 of LifeBalance Go Teams.
(*) For your intiative time in the morning and convenience of habit, you prepare breakfast by your self, therefore in Combo 1, we just provide 2 meals Lunch & Dinner. In case you have other request, don’t hesitate to let us know for serving you.
(* ) Excepting accommodation at Apart Hotel with common serviced kitchen or it has restaurant areas, normally, daily meals will be delivered to your private place apartment and with good food quality stored in disposable environmentally friendly packaging or personal reused portable Bento box ( Japanese style bento, food box/ tray).

- International flight ticket from your origin country.
- Entry Visa fees to Viet Nam.
- Personal healthcare & travel insurance.
- Transportation options outside of the trip programs.
- Personal expenses include phone calls, washing, personal demands

Policy
Trip price includes:
– Welcome you to Vietnam & pick you up at the airport on arrival.
– Instruction sheets includes necessary information.
– Transportation according to the itinerary of trip programs (by car, train or domestic/ SEA zone flight ticket)
– Fully equipped standard accommodation for individual/ couple each room at good standard (equal grade 3 or 4 star) with kitchen or common kitchen area.
– Visit other places, events, cities, Southeast Asia Countries according to the program organized by LifeBalance Go.
– 24/7 Assist you during time of joining trip programs when you need.
– Co-working space (local working hour service for Go yourself package only).
Trip price not includes:
– Round-trip international airfare of departure from your home country or where you are living.
– Visa fees.
– Transportation options outside of the trip programs.
– Daily meals.
– Personal costs include phone calls, washing, personal demands and so on…
– Travel Insurance. And other cost or expense belongs to personal obligation.
– VAT on admission to sites not included in the program.
– Various types of assistance become available.
Optional Services on Request:
– Business contacts.
– Interpreter.
– Organizing meeting with partners, or other specific business events.
– Daily meals basic (Lunch/ Dinner) at least for up a week each booking order.
– Nursing service; Or Healthcare service support (provided by well trained third affiliated party)
– Other services in range of LifeBalance Go possibly provide its.
Payment Policy:
To reserve your space on a LifeBalance Go’s Programs a down payment is required upon commitment to a specific itinerary and/or program. The down payment cannot be transferred to another person and it cannot be transferred for use towards a different type of LifeBlance Go’s trip programs. However, depending type of trip, you can change to another trip programs with the same kind of trips or upgrade the other long itenerary trips.
For convenience to all honor Guests, we devide the payment to two times as follows:
* First payment: a deposit of 50% of the total price when make a booking. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
* Second payment: The rest of the payment should be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival.
Payment method: It will be confirmed by email through booking process.
