1.      What is GO YOURSELF program?

–          “Go Yourself” program helps you find or regain balance in your life, reduce negativity, pressure, stress, etc. You want to temporarily go somewhere alone, or simply want to go away from your city for a while to reflect, to look back, to live for yourself but still be able to go experience and at the same time do your work remotely.

–          You will experience discovering destinations by yourself in new places and LifeBalance Go will be your companion to support you when you need.

2.      What is the minimum age to join the program?

–          This program is not limited to single individuals.
–          Age requirement: 20 – 70 years old
–          This program is suitable for people who are flexible in their work, entrepreneurs or freelancers, people who work remotely or in different fields such as IT, engineers, artists….

3.      How many people participate in a group?

–          Usually, we will connect from 8 people to 20 people into a group.

–          However, if you want to have individually service for your own trip, we are ready to support.

4. What language is used during the trip? Can I join the program if I can’t speak English?

– The main language of the tour guide is English, Japanese. However, depending on the customer’s request, we will provide a tour guide who can speak French and German,…

5. How long does the program take place? Can I sign up for the 2 week period only?

– “Go Yourself” program includes services for 1 month – 2 months – 3 months. If you want to participate in 2 weeks, you can end the program earlier according to the predetermined program.

6. What countries will I go to in this program?

– 1-month program: you can experience traveling in Cambodia or Laos
– 2-3 month program: you can experience traveling in Cambodia/Laos and Thailand
– In addition, you can easily move to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia on your own.

7. Is this program the same as a regular tour program? How different?

– This is not a pure tour program.

– Different from normal tourism: Customers are free to explore and experience but can still work and actively travel in the area during their stay. Life Balance Go provides accommodation and serves as your travel companion. We respect your privacy but are ready to assist you with questions or difficulties during your trip to make your experience a pleasant and relaxing one.

8. Why should I choose to join the Life Balance Go program instead of booking a hotel and experiencing it myself?

– Because “Lifebalance Go” is like your “Second home”, it ensures comfort and convenience for your living and working at a reasonable cost during your long-term stay. In addition, Lifebalance Go also acts as a companion to support you with additional needs and services and assist you in solving the difficulties you encounter during your trip.

9. What services are included in this program?

– Comfortable accommodation including toilets, bathroom, separate kitchens
– Co-Working space with desks, printer equipment, photocopying, scanning, faxing… and basic stationery
– There is a shuttle bus to take you to the main destinations in the program
– Instructor in the program

10. Program fee not included

– International round-trip airfare
– Travel insurance for the duration of the journeys
– Expenses for meals, transportation, and your own personal living expenses
– Visa fees
– Fees for additional services 

11. What services are included in the add-on services?

– Rent a motorbike to travel (by week/day/month)
– Order out-of-service meals (Weekly/Monthly)
– Personal assistant/interpreter (by day)
– Register to join other tours outside the program (domestic and foreign)
– Support to register for health check/vaccination
– Register for Gym, yoga, sauna, spa…
– Sign up for an experiential class: flower arranging class, pottery making, cake making, …
– Other additional services upon request.

12. Does the program fee include round-trip airfare?

– The cost of the program will not include international round-trip airfare. The program only includes domestic airfares between destinations specified in the program.

13. When participating in the “Go Yourself” program, I want to know where I will be (temporary residence) during this program?

– LifeBalance Go provides accommodation for customers at the following locations: Luxury apartments, separate villas, separate houses, Homestay, … with full facilities to meet the requirements of high standards to help you have the most comfortable experience.

14. Does the temporary accommodation have a cooking facility?

– Studio apartment will have its own kitchen.

– Apartments, villas, houses, homestays… will have a common kitchen and you can use it with other members of the group.

15. I don’t know how to cook, can I get help with ordering food for delivery?

– LifeBalance Go offers pre-cooked menus on request and there is an additional charge.

16. How safe can I be when I go to unfamiliar places?

– Customers can contact us 24/7 and the program’s staff will promptly assist with arising problems. In addition, we also provide you with a pre-departure handbook that includes emergency hotline numbers.

17. During the joining process, if my roommate can’t get along (I’m bothered by bad habits that affect others) can I request to change rooms?

– Do not hesitate to complain to our service team. We will receive and solve problems promptly to maintain the purpose of balance, peace and comfort for you when participating in the program.

18. Do I have a Life Balance go guide to come with us during the trip?

– The LifeBalance Go program has designated tour guides to accompany you and we have a hotline to support you 24/24.

19. Is it possible if I want to rent a self-driving motobike to be able to move around during participate in the program?

– The LifeBalance Go program provides extra services to customers who have needs but still have to comply with Vietnam’s traffic laws.

20. Do I travel to attractions on my own or do I have a Life Balance Go vehicle to pick me up?

– LifeBalance Go program provides vehicles service transportation to take you to the destinations included in the program.

21. What is STAY & ENJOY program?

– Stay & Enjoy program is simply a long vacation and enjoy in Vietnam, you can personally plan your trip during your stay in Vietnam.
– In fact, any person or couple who want to temporarily go somewhere, or simply want to be away from where they are for a while because of their needs or they want to live for themselves, experience new things, recharge their life energy and regain the meaning of life for themselves.
