The tour price includes:
– Transportation according to the itinerary
– Fully equipped standard accommodation for two persons each room at three stars or above, with kitchens
– For the days you move, visit other places according to the program organized by Life Balance Go. As a part of the group, you will still be supplied with full meals.
– A guide to assist you during your journey – a 24/7 hotline
– Program-required travel insurance
– Coworking environment
The following are not included:
– Round-trip international airfare
– Transportation options outside of the program
– Meals on a routine basis
– Personal costs include phone calls, washing, and so on.
– VAT on admission to sites not included in the program.
– Various types of assistance become available.
Payment and cancellation policies:
– Payment: You must pay at least 50% of the reservation deposit and 100% of the total tour amount within 15 days before departure after confirmation.
– If you do not pay 100% of the total tour value on time and in the exact quantity, you will be regarded to cancel the trip and forfeit the full deposit.
– Shortly following a deposit or payment, or 15 days ahead of time:
The cancellation cost is 35% of the program price.
Cancellation within 10 days of departure: 50% of program price
Cancellation within 7 days of departure: 70% cancellation cost of program price
Cancellation within 05 days of departure: 100% cancellation cost of program price
In the case of an important incident such as terrorism, rioting, natural catastrophes, or flooding… We will alert you proactively based on the current circumstances and the convenience and safety of our clients.
